STEPS:

Convert the equation into Standard Form

Bracket the first two terms
-
Factor out the coefficent in front of x²
-
In the bracket, add and subtract 'C' value to make a perfect square
-
Remove the negative 'C' value by multiplying it with the coefficent
-
Factor the bracket to make a Perfect Square
